Job Summary:

We are seeking  for Sales to join our team at Explore Malaysia, a Digital Portal in KL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to high potential clietns and introducing them the exciting features of our Digital Platform. 

This is Full-time role and work from home set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Attained Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Professional and having a pleasing personality.
  • Mandarin Speaker (Required)
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
