Job Description:
- Provide consultation on documents required upon every new/ renewal application of visa / company business license.
- Preparation of immigration/ licensing related paperwork.
- Will focus more on the licensing part, support clients to prepare documentation for application of:
- Business premise license/Local Council License/ Sign Board License (will be dealing with different areas/states of local council for example: DBKL, MBPJ and etc);
- WRT/USS (Wholesale and Retail Trade Business) License with MDTCC;
- Import/Exports License
- Restaurant License
- I.T / ICT License
- Any type of Trading/Sales License
- Any other business license related to the clients’ business
- Documents review via email(s) and to answer any other related enquiries.
- Proper filing of all copy of supporting documents and signed paperwork.
- Provide regular weekly updates to the client and other stakeholders until the approval/ resolution is obtained
- To undertake research of information via calls to the relevant authority(s) and/ or other types of publication research i.e. online, newspaper and other reading material.
- Reply to emails inquiries by clients with accurate information.
- Comment/ follow-up on all related authority’s correspondences/ enquiries within 2-3 working days, unless a resolution is required from the client.
- To include all engagement members in the email correspondence as well as the Japanese consultants PIC/ Manager.
- Know Your Client (KYC) – monitoring of portfolio.
- Daily update the Work In Progress Report and Client Master Report and related Consultants reports.
- Ensure billing request is sent upon completion of the case.
- Timely updates of expiration reminders to clients.
- To co-operate with the team members to achieve the team annual target.
Qualification, Skill & Experience Required:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Excellence in communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently, detail- oriented and time management person.
- Willing to travel alone in the Klang Valley area.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in licensing field.
- Exposure in dealing with government authorities for example: DBKL, MBPJ, MDTCC etc.
- High level of proficiency in all licensing related procedures
Preferable Available Date: As soon as possible or beginning of March 2025
Working days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Probation period: 3 months (during probation period, require to work at office full time)
